Design Build

We can provide a complete & detailed estimate to help you in your negotiation process. 

 

We will need your permission to contact other members of the Design Team, this will include other Sub-Contractors that are also providing their portion of the Design work & Pricing. We will also need a list of preferred associates that routinely work "Glove in Hand" with your company. This will include a preferred Electrical Supplier, Lighting Representative, Panel Manufacturer Representative, the Utility (Power & Communication) Providers and other Specialty Providers for

the other different items that will require electrical attention. 

 

We will provide a detailed list with descriptions for all lighting fixtures and a Riser Diagram along with each individual panel's details. We will also provide an "Equipment Schedule Sheet" detailing each major connection with conduit, wire, disconnect sizes and their perspective distances.
