When you have a commercial project that needs electrical estimating, just send us all the drawings and all other necessary information that we may need to complete the estimate. You decide how much of the process you would like for us to complete and we will look at the drawings and get back to you shortly on pricing and other questions we might have in order to complete an electrical estimate for you.

First, send us an email to Richard@ElectricalEstimatingPartners.com Give us some basic information like your company name, telephone number and person of contact. Lastly, list the service are you interested in for us to complete.
If sending a file that is to large to email, please send the file as a Zip File or use Google Drive to upload your drawings.

Once we review the drawings we will contact you to go over the estimate and the turn around time for your bid.
You do not need one of the name brand estimating software products to view our finished document.
We will send your document to you in a standard generated format that anyone can operate.
All you will have to do is add the pertinent information in order to complete the estimate.

The Basic Electrical Estimate will consist of the total quantities for all the electrical materials & components needed for a complete installation, listed as a single group; not broken down into separate categories and ready for you to insert your individual material cost and labor units.
The Ready Electrical Estimate includes all the items listed in the Basic Electrical Estimate.
In addition, we will solicit from your provided list of up to 3 suppliers for each category group this will include the Lighting, Gear, Generator, Fire Alarm, equipment rental and miscellaneous materials, etc. that's needed to complete your material portion of your bid proposal.
We will copy you on all request made to your suppliers and will also request that your suppliers also attach you too their responses as well.
We will also provide you with a totaled (non-factored) count of labor hours we feel is necessary to complete the project. This will be a single number for you to use as a comparison too your own.
We will also provide you with a list of Direct Job Expense items you will need to consider.
This choice includes all the items listed in the Basic and Ready Estimate.
You will need to provide more information about your company. No two companies field install or manage their businesses same. We have to develop a feel for your business in order to best serve you.
We can include an estimated cost for Permit, Temporary Power for construction, Temporary Power
for interior jobsite lighting and device power, vehicle gasoline allowances, parking, itemized list of Rental Equipment, etc. Your Per Hour Labor Cost, Percentages for your Overhead & Profit Markups.
A prewritten Bid Proposal that details inclusions and Exclusions.
We can provide "Value Engineering Savings" based on industry standards.
This Complete Choice includes all four of the above Electrical Estimates items listed.
We will break the estimate into Categories, such as, Lighting, Devices, Junction Boxes, Service Equipment along with Sub-Panels with all their associated (conduits, cable, unistrut, etc.) materials, Branch Conduits, Branch Wire, Disconnects, Fuses & Starters,
Transformers with associated items for their individual installations, Fire (complete installation) Alarm, Generator (complete installation) Equipment Hookups with associated items.
